How does the credit work?
You pay your regular applicable supervision rate first. After the monthly record review, qualifying group time earns a credit equal to 25% of that applicable rate. Continuing trainees receive the credit toward the next month. If there is no next payment, the qualifying amount is refunded to the original payer or payment source.
Can I arrange my own group?
No. Trainee-arranged groups and groups provided by another supervisor do not qualify for this program.
What if not enough people sign up?
A scheduled meeting requires at least 3 current trainees to register. If that minimum is not reached by the registration cutoff, the meeting does not occur and you can choose another available meeting.
What do we work on?
Meetings may include the Applied Behavior Analysts Framework, caregiver-training skills, behavior science, clinical reasoning, BST, role play, documentation, ethics, troubleshooting, questions, and feedback. Client-identifying information is removed unless everyone present is independently authorized.
Availability is not guaranteed. Group-supervision eligibility and classification are determined by applicable supervision requirements and the trainee's actual supervision record.
